Prolead II was held from July 2005 to April 2006 in Bangkok (Module 1) and Kobe, Japan (Modules 2 and 3). Its theme was “governance for health.” Prolead II was managed and supported by the WHO Kobe Center (WKC), Kobe, Japan.

COURSE GOAL
The course aimed to enhance practical skills across five categories (intra-personal qualities, inter-personal qualities, cognitive skills, communication skills and task-specific skills) that may be needed to achieve strategic and sustainable changes to advance health promotion in countries through new and autonomous structures and sustainable financing.
